Thoughts on ” Superheroine Acoustic”
Along with giving this remix a more acoustic and intimate feel, I felt that I should remix the first verse to go along with the theme of this album which is that Allah Swt. gave us these insights into the stories of the great people He chose, so that we could be consoled about our own lives and the trials we face.
I also drove 8 hours to Tayseer seminary to record an intensive study of Maryam’s life, led by Ustadh Zaynab Ansari. I plan to relaunch this course so stay tuned for that!.
